Refund policy

Returns Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- The user must return the goods to the address of POS VALLEY Srl, Viale Brianza 17, Milano 20127
- The timeframe within which the refund will be made (14 calendar days)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer except in the case where you receive an item that is already damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered.
Collection Costs Collection costs by our courier service will be communicated via email in the "return accepted confirmation" and vary according to the collection country (Germany, France, Italy, etc.). Alternatively, the customer can carry out the return independently to our address, bearing the shipping costs directly.
To return a purchased item, proceed as follows:
- The customer makes the return request
- The customer receives an email from us with "return accepted confirmation"
- The customer prepares the product in the original packaging
- The package is collected by our courier on the date indicated in the "return accepted confirmation" email
- The refund is made via the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of order
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Non-original product conditions, damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of time.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at posvalley@posvalley.com
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, with shipping costs covered by us.
